Verified handoff before delivery information is released.

HalNora Pharmacy is an early standalone prototype for pharmacy operations and delivery integration. Current work focuses on pharmacist-released packaged prescriptions, authorized sealed-package barcode verification and privacy-preserving driver handoff.

Designed around
  • Independent pharmacies
  • Enterprise pharmacy delivery
  • Verified package handoff
  • Minimum-necessary driver data
  • Store-scoped authorization
  • Provider-neutral delivery integration
Current status

Synthetic C8/C9 work has advanced review, reconciliation, delivery-event, callback/retry, POD and database-readiness safeguards. Persistent processing, live callbacks, real dispensing, patient-data exchange and production deployment remain disabled or unverified.

Problem, capability, connection and current stage.

HalNora separates demonstrated development progress from future product direction so scope can be understood without treating roadmap items as commitments.

01 · PROBLEM

What problem does it solve?

Prescription delivery handoffs need automation without exposing unnecessary clinical information or weakening pharmacist control.

02 · CAPABILITY

What is it being built to do?

Pharmacist release, authorized sealed-package verification, multi-package checks and minimum-necessary delivery information unlock.

03 · HALNORA ONE

How does it connect?

Can hand approved delivery work to HalNora Dispatch or other authorized delivery systems while Pharmacy retains regulated authorization context.

04 · STAGE

Where is it today?

Early regulated prototype. Synthetic delivery/database safeguards have advanced; persistent processing, live callbacks and real patient/dispensing workflows remain disabled or unverified.

Current direction

What this product is being built to do.

Public descriptions reflect current development direction and do not imply general availability or production certification.

01

Pharmacist release

A packaged prescription must be released by authorized pharmacy staff before it is eligible for delivery handoff.

02

Verified package scan

Drivers scan approved sealed-package labels at pickup; medicine/GS1 product identifiers are not used as the delivery authorization mechanism.

03

Scan-to-unlock

Successful online server validation unlocks only the minimum customer delivery context required by the assigned driver.

04

Privacy-first driver view

Avoid exposing clinical details and keep patient information limited to delivery necessity.

05

Duplicate & revocation protection

Reject duplicate scans and support assignment/revocation concepts before protected delivery data is exposed.

06

Separate staff/driver operations

Keep pharmacy staff authorization separate from driver pickup permissions.

07

Multi-package completion

Require all expected package labels to verify before pickup is considered complete.

08

Delivery-system boundary

Hand work to HalNora Dispatch or another approved courier without making the delivery platform the pharmacy system.

09

Provider-neutral connectors

Map approved pharmacy systems and label identifiers through secure connectors rather than hard-coding one vendor.

10

Post-completion access closure

Remove driver access to protected delivery context after the delivery lifecycle is complete.

Product boundary

Pharmacy remains a regulated product.

Pharmacy owns regulated workflow and authorization. Dispatch or another approved delivery system receives only the minimum delivery data it is allowed to use. Drivers do not gain access to prescription content or pharmacy barcode inventories.

HALNORA ONE ARCHITECTURE

Connected, not coupled.

Cross-product workflows use explicit contracts, authenticated events and clear authority so one product does not silently take over another product’s records.

How the HalNora platform works →
Verified pharmacy-to-driver handoff

Customer delivery details stay locked until pickup is actually verified.

The prototype is intentionally designed around minimum-necessary disclosure and server-side authorization rather than trusting a scanned code by itself.

01

Automatic delivery creation

A pharmacist release event can create the delivery request automatically without requiring a driver to re-enter the prescription order.

02

Authorized sealed-package labels

Drivers scan approved pharmacy package labels—not medicine product codes—to prove physical handoff.

03

All-package verification

Where one delivery contains several sealed packages, every required package label must pass before pickup completes.

04

Minimum-necessary unlock

Only after verified pickup does the driver receive the delivery card needed to reach the customer; clinical detail stays out of the driver view.

05

Store-scoped authorization

Staff and driver invitations, assignment and revocation are scoped to the authorized pharmacy/store context.

06

Delivery-system neutrality

The workflow can hand off to HalNora Dispatch or another approved delivery system through controlled mappings and contracts.

What comes next

Development priorities.

HalNora prioritizes reliability, security, recoverability and real-world validation over feature count alone.

01

Build production-grade server authorization and approved pharmacy-system connectors with external calls disabled until configured.

02

Complete physical scanner, multi-device, concurrency, revocation and recovery validation.

03

Validate privacy, clinical, jurisdictional and enterprise security requirements before any production use.

04

Complete approved HalNora Dispatch and external-delivery mappings with no manual order re-entry.

05

Keep all development data synthetic until production compliance and authorization are approved.
