How to read this website

Four stages. No implied guarantees.

Terms are used consistently so investors can distinguish product traction from future direction.

Validated foundation

Demonstrated in development, QA or field testing. It may still require production credentials, security review, device acceptance or commercial release work.

Active development

Currently being built, integrated or tested. Scope can still evolve as requirements and validation mature.

Planned capability

Approved direction HalNora intends to pursue, subject to engineering, partner, regulatory, customer and commercial validation.

Long-term vision

Strategic expansion that illustrates platform opportunity. It is not a commitment to release, timing or final implementation.

Product portfolio

Independent products. Shared leverage where it belongs.

HalNora One is designed so a business can adopt one product independently, while shared platform services and explicit contracts create optional cross-product value.

OPERATIONS

Dispatch

Courier/delivery, taxi, NEMT and field service/contractor execution.

ENTRY OPERATIONS

Dispatch Entry

Standalone V20-first entry dispatch for proven courier/merchant workflows, stronger ownership controls, merchant drivers, imports and selected modern enhancements.

COMMERCE

Marketplace

Product vendors plus service providers and contractors with Booking/Dispatch handoffs.

SELLING

POS

Retail, restaurant, KDS/Expo and mobile/field-selling foundations.

SCHEDULING

Booking

Appointments, recurring schedules, resources, capacity and service areas.

COMMUNICATIONS

Communications

Operational messaging and native PTT for field teams.

RELATIONSHIPS

CRM

Customer 360, pipeline, quotes, tasks and relationship context.

FINANCE

Accounting

Canadian ledger, tax, invoices/bills, reconciliation and close foundations.

STOCK

Inventory

Purchasing, receiving, movement, lots/serials and production authority.

PAYROLL

Payroll

Canadian payroll workflow with accuracy/privacy gates.

PAYMENTS

Payments

Processor-neutral payment orchestration and terminal/mobile integration direction.

WORKFORCE

HR

Employee management, onboarding, leave approvals and future HR→Payroll contract.

REGULATED

Pharmacy

Privacy-first pharmacist release, package verification and delivery handoff prototype.

Investment thesis

Why the architecture matters commercially.

The strategy is not to create one oversized application. It is to build focused products that can stand alone while reusing mature platform capabilities when that creates leverage.

01

Portfolio optionality

Customers can enter through different products and verticals. Within Dispatch, the V20-first Entry track creates a lower-complexity path while V22 continues as the broader multi-vertical commercial foundation.

02

Shared platform leverage

Identity, security, integrations, audit, communications, data and other foundations can reduce repeated engineering when reuse is appropriate.

03

Cross-product expansion

Explicit contracts can connect commerce, scheduling, field execution, customer context, finance, workforce and payments while preserving authority boundaries.

04

Vertical extensibility

The same platform can support distinct operating models such as courier, taxi, NEMT, field service, retail, restaurants and planned hospitality/event operations.

05

Processor/provider neutrality

Payments and integrations are designed to avoid unnecessary lock-in and to work with approved external providers where certification or regulated authority belongs outside HalNora.

06

Portability

Current hosting choices do not define the long-term deployment model; architecture is being designed with portability and HalNora-controlled hosting options in mind.

Dispatch portfolio strategy

Broader market coverage without forcing one product shape.

HalNora is developing independent Dispatch tracks rather than treating every customer as if they need the same architecture.

ENTRY

V20-first Dispatch Entry

Targets a simpler operational entry point while preserving proven courier/merchant workflows and adding modern controls gradually.

MULTI-VERTICAL

V22 commercial foundation

Targets a broader configurable execution platform across courier/delivery, taxi, NEMT and field service.

REFERENCE

V21

Remains an independent field-used/legacy operational reference rather than a forced migration path.

ACCEPTANCE

Phase 3C / MS1

Remains its own guarded acceptance track, independent from V21 and V22.

Commercialization discipline

What must happen before “built” becomes “available.”

HalNora treats production readiness as more than a feature checklist.

Authenticated end-to-end validation
Real-device / field validation
Security & privacy approval
Production credentials / partner acceptance
Tenant isolation
Backup & restore
Rollback verification
Business / regulatory accuracy
Accountable UAT sign-off
Roadmap notice

Capabilities describe direction—not guarantees.

HalNora is an actively developing software ecosystem. Features, integrations, timelines, product scope and commercial availability may evolve through development, testing, regulatory review, partner requirements and customer validation. Planned and future capabilities describe product direction and are not guarantees of release or timing.
