Restaurant & concession commerce
HalNora POS can support counter, restaurant, concession and table-side/mobile selling, with KDS/Expo production where appropriate.
HalNora's long-term hospitality and event direction is designed for restaurants, venues, festivals, concerts, conferences and complex event operations where commerce, staff, communications and incident response need to work together.
This is a long-term planned HalNora One workflow. Individual capabilities are being developed in separate products, but the integrated hospitality/event command experience is not presented as generally available.
The aim is not to create one giant application. HalNora products keep clear ownership while a venue or event receives one coordinated operational experience.
HalNora POS can support counter, restaurant, concession and table-side/mobile selling, with KDS/Expo production where appropriate.
Authorized servers, vendors or field staff can eventually accept provider-supported secure payments, including Tap to Pay where supported and validated.
Booking can support reservations, appointments, service slots and resource-aware scheduling without making POS or Event Operations own appointment logic.
Track which teams, workers, vehicles or resources are present, available and assigned across the venue or event footprint.
Create accountable assignments and incident records for security, maintenance, housekeeping, production, parking and operational teams.
Operational messaging and PTT channels can connect supervisors, security, production crews, maintenance, parking and other permission-scoped teams.
Plan provider-neutral, permission-controlled access to supported camera/VMS feeds and alerts. HalNora does not assume it must record all video or PTT audio.
Coordinate parking/transportation, shuttle or Dispatch workflows and medical/first-aid teams alongside the event command picture without flattening specialized roles.
The planned command workspace brings permission-scoped information together while each underlying product remains authoritative for the records it owns.
The command experience is planned to coordinate—not erase—the specialist workflows needed to run a large event or venue safely and efficiently.
