HalNora One · shared capabilities

Shared capability.
Clear ownership.

HalNora One reuses capabilities where several products need the same foundation, while keeping those services separate from the product workflows they support.

Why this matters

Build once without building a monolith.

A capability becomes shared only when reuse creates real leverage and its owner, permissions, data authority and release state remain explicit.

Commerce & operations

Shared capabilities already shaping multiple products.

These capabilities may be at different implementation and validation stages. They are not automatically enabled across every product.

01

Inventory product & shared stock authority

HalNora Inventory is now a standalone product track for purchasing, receiving, stock, transfers, counts, lot/serial tracking and production. Approved integrations can reuse its stock authority without duplicating movement logic.

02

Fleet & inspections

Vehicle assignment, maintenance/service/registration reminders, odometer/fuel/expense history and configurable inspections.

03

Resources, skills & equipment

Capabilities and requirements support Booking, scheduling and generalized auto-dispatch without duplicating resource logic.

04

Data & migration

Controlled import, mapping, timestamps, validation, reconciliation and audit help businesses move existing records safely.

05

HalNora Payments & field acceptance

HalNora Payments is now a standalone product track. Shared field-payment experiences can reuse its approved adapters without duplicating processor logic.

06

Dynamic ETA & tracking

Operational location and route state can feed customer tracking, ETA and automatic status alerts across field products.

07

Offline sync & evidence

Clear pending state, server-authoritative reconciliation, configurable POD/evidence and contactless recipient workflows support unreliable field connectivity.

08

Scanning & load management

Barcode/QR scanning, bulk actions, load validation, scan-to-assign, run sheets and chain-of-custody patterns support operations and regulated handoffs.

09

Notifications & meaningful alerts

Separate silent telemetry from events that should actually interrupt a dispatcher, worker, merchant or customer.

10

Security & recoverability

Tenant isolation, audit, short-lived protected sessions, backup/restore, release verification and rollback are shared reliability concerns.

Payments & terminals

Processor-neutral by design. Standalone by product authority.

HalNora is designed so clients can retain compatible processor/acquirer relationships instead of being forced into one payments provider. GoDaddy/Poynt has confirmed that Payment Bridge/POS Bridge is available in Canada for sending payment requests from external software to certified terminals.

Current gate: integration testing begins through a separate test account. Poynt Collect applies to website payments, while direct third-party GoDaddy Payments SDK/Tap-to-Pay capability is not assumed. HalNora therefore keeps terminal and mobile-payment adapters replaceable.

Authority map

One authoritative service per capability.

HalNora avoids “helpful” duplication that creates conflicting truths.

POS owns the sale
Inventory owns stock movement
Accounting owns the books
Marketplace owns commerce
Booking owns appointments
Dispatch owns execution
CRM owns relationship context
Pharmacy owns regulated authorization
Payments owns payment orchestration
HR owns employee lifecycle
Payroll owns pay processing
Current release discipline

Shared does not mean automatically production-ready.

Each capability still has to pass the release gates appropriate to the products depending on it.

01

Inventory is a standalone product track but remains unpublished; commercial stock posting stays disabled until isolated QA, role acceptance, reconciliation and integration cutover checks are complete.

02

HalNora Payments remains subject to provider support, certification and device capability before any live payment workflow can be treated as commercially available.

03

Native/background capabilities continue real-device validation across supported hardware and network conditions.

04

Backup/restore, security/privacy approval and rollback remain release gates for products holding authoritative customer or financial data.
